Catalytic Converters
I talked to my guy at the exhaust shop and he recommended I buy another Pacesetter ORY and have him weld-in 2 cats for me and make sure it fits real good etc. Question is what cats to get? Ive looked at carsound, pypes etc. any feedback? I want a good quality lasting high flow cat but not in the random technologies price range.

I dont know what the emissions rules are ther in PA but in CA you cant move the converters i always thought that was a federal rule but hey i could be wrong maybe check into it before you go and shell some cash for converters if your gonna be illegal might as well not half-*** being illegal

Technically, it's illegal to move the cats. But most inspections don't know where they're supposed to be anyway so you should pass. As for the extensions, I posted a couple of times that for the driver's side you want the 12" flat 4 wire extension. The passenger side will probably work with the 12" as well but I got the 24" to make sure it was long enought to tie it up and out of the way.
