Valvespring/retainers Where is a good place to buy em'?


CAM SPECS
xe 218/224 .495/.502 @1.5 110 +4lsa

What kind of springs should I get with that cam and 1.6 RR?

Wheres the best place to order from?

different folks will say different things but here's what I did, and it would probably be worth it:

bite the big one and go buy yourself a set of comp 26918-16 springs and the corresponding "beehive" retainers, I THINK they are 797-16. about $220 all together, but you'll never worry about valve float, or coil bind.

787-16 is the part number for the retainers that go with the Beehives.

795-16 is the part number for steel retainers for the beehives if you want to use 10* locks.
