was thinking of switching from my dual cut outs to and X pipe set up. my current set up is a QTP y pipe with dual cut outs and a Flowmaster catback. as of now i gain 30rwhp and 30rwtq by opening the cutouts. but the problem is it's extremely loud for the street( asking for a ticket)with the cut outs open.and i hate not having full power with them closed on the street. i'm trying to see if i can get equal HP/ TQ #'s as the cut outs by switching to duals, and have the sound be a little tamer around town by having bullets. but i thought i might be able to see some gains by have some scavanging affencts from the X pipe. trying to figure out my best option is

2.5" pipes will still give you good velocity and scavenging.
