Default tuning a supercharged car?????

Been researching forced induction for a while now. I was thinking about going with a supercharger (procharger) maybe later this year on my bolt-on only ws6.

I was just wondering how difficult it is to tune these cars after you add forced induction to them? Does the tuning entail the same as tuning for heads/cam setups?

thanks for any input...

Tuning with an ATI ProCharger is pretty straight forward. If you can tune for a cam, you can tune for a ProCharger. The main thing to remember is you want the air/fuel to be richer at wide open throttle, in the 11.2 to 11.5 neighborhood. You will need 42lb fuel injectors, or larger, depending on your goals, and a good fuel supply. A 255 liter high pressure pump works just fine with the stock fuel lines and fuel rails, until forged internals and high boost come into play. Bob
