DOes anyone have 13inch rotors up front on an LT1??? I read some where that a guy put 13 inch rotors from a ZR1 corvette and used the spindels too. Does anyone have a clue if it can be done?

I found a palce that sells a kit here on ls1tech, they are oine of the sponsors. They have a bracket that lets you put the c5 calipers on the camaro and you use the c5 rotors as well, heres a link bud http://www.umiperformance.com/c5conv.aspx

I've done the Wilwood 6 piston setup with 13.15" two piece rotors. I used a 98-02 setup on my 96 WS6 and replaced the front spindles with 2002 units and brand new GM hubs and pretty much everything else you can replace on the front end

Just do a C5 brack upgrade. I took old Lt1 spindles and modified them for the C5 stuff rather than cut up a set of LS1 spindles that a guy could use for that upgrade.

Actually, the Baer and the Wilwood setup should just bolt onto a 98-02 LS1 spindle without having to do all the cutting to the spindle. The Wilwood kit was super easy to bolt-on to the 98-02 spindles for my LT1, no cutting. I don't know on the corvette setup if there is anyway around having to cut your spindles (LS1 or LT1) to get the vette kit to work ?

Thanks, Pipes !

I don't understand how people can keep their engine bays/under the car so clean! The headers still look great. I have put on about 10k miles on my headers and they are starting to rust just a little.
