Dropping PSI?
I hear that if you add air to a tire that is warm then you need to put about 4 PSI more than you would. If I rode my car to the track, and it's at 22 PSI, and wanted to bring it down to 16 PSI, would it be fine?

The way I read your post, you've got it the other way around. If you have 32psi in your tires and you drive around for a while until the tires warm up a bit, you'll be at about 35psi depending on how hot your tires get.

I would just drive to the track, check the tire pressure in the staging lanes and lower it accordingly. They should have a compressor there anyways so you can bring the tire pressure up to a safer street level once you leave.

Sounds good, thanks a lot.
