Default fluid change, how much do I put in?

changing the fluid in my 12 bolt tonight. How much do I put in? How heavy should I go?

Buy 3 quarts because you will need to put in 2.5 or so.

Thats a good oil to use. Have you already broke-in the gears? If not use a dyno oil for break-in and then change it out to synthetic.

ive got about 3K miles on the rear so its well broken in. Im really only changing it because I pulled the axles out to replace the wheel studs and decided since im already there to change the fluid. thanks for the info.
