Default Sunday the 19th at Pacific Raceway!!

I might head to PR and try to work on my horrible 60' times...........if I can figure out why my car is throwing codes and if they are okay or not.

Anyone else planning on going out to PR?

Forecast is for sun with a high in the mid 40's... don't think there's gonna be much working on 60' times in that kinda weather, that pavement is gonna be cold cold cold.

I'd love to hit the track again, but I'll probably pass because I wanna actually get traction this time.

I hear ya! But this is my last weekend in the states and I should be spending it with the wife, but I'm gonna try to get my 11 sec time slip.

Goes to show you where my priorities are..........

Last time out traction was scarce at first, but it warmed up and we got some good times! I think I would rather try and not succeed then not try at all.

Ultimately it'll come down to whether or not my engince light/codes are a problem or not.

At least the wind will be a tail wind, a cold tail wind, but a tail wind nonetheless.

I'm seriously considering heading that way tomorrow. If I come though, I'll be bringing wife, son, dogs, truck, trailer, etc. I don't think my wife would enjoy sitting in the stands with the temps in the mid-40's, so I'll bring the trailer for some shelter and a place to hang out.

That would be cool. I wish I had a fifthwheel. Maybe when I retire!

Not a 5th wheel unfortunately. It's an enclosed car hauler, so there's no ammenities like TV or comfy couches, but it does offer protection from the elements to hang out in on rainy and cold race days.

Well that will still be nice like you said, to keep out of the crappy elements! So are you gonna just haul your car? And which car are you bringing?

But the fifth wheel idea still sounds like a pretty good one to me........

Just cleaned the Goat...inside and out, (was going to do touch up paint but it was too cold), got enough tread left on the 255s for some good warm up burn outs. should be an interesting day. Nice and cool air and hopefully a tail wind, should be in the low 13s.

Good luck at the track today everyone! We decided to pass today; I think we're going to go play with our ATV's instead. More of a family day since I was out all last weekend playing with the car.

Have fun!
