We have TWS up here in College Station, It isnt a club like MSR. I would try to get out there with Porsche Club of America, their events run really smoothly, and they are the most professional group I have seen out there yet, includind NASA.

The A&M sports car club hold auto-xs about once per month. We have acces to an abandoned air field so it has plenty of space, plus it is all concrete, and no pebbles like Gulf Greyhound. And i am told that they have the cheapest prices in the state.

Join NASA and run events with them. The host events at MSR-Houston, and TWS.

You don't need to be a member to run at MSRH guys...you just need to go on an open weekend for an event put on by someone else.

I've been wanting to start this, but just haven't had the time (or the money....)

I may be going this Sunday as a spectator, though.

I have been to this many of times with friends. They always hold it on the first weekend of the month. Saturday I believe is Subaru day, but Sunday is open. People always have fun, fun to watch also. If you dont have a car you can bring a helmet and ride along with someone.
