To all you who've encountered the "black knight"!!! I got pulled over this morning for excessive noise on the way to school, and got tickets for no cats, no AIR system and no muffler. I have the GMMG exhaust, and apparently those dimples don't quite 'muffle' the noise enough. Anyway, I need to know how much you paid in fines, if any, and what you did to avoid having to pay them. Thanks for your help. This would come at a time when I am trying to sell it.

big *** black state trooper that patrols 1960 from like kurkendal all the way past 290... he will pull you over for ANY REASON. and get this the ****** drives a red vette..

Big Black guy(trooper) gave me a speeding ticket yesterday eve in my Z06 but this is an hour south of houston off an FM road. Appartently he pulls vettes too. 
He didnt give me anything but a speeding tic though when he could have wrote a bit more.

no this guy lives/works up here. he stays around the area i mentioned. THe reason i know is cause he runs up at meyer park and hes always up there..he has pulled me over twice for failure to signal a turn **** and my front plate. if you do get pulled over..he will find EVERYTHING illegal on it and he searched my car one time.

thank god im not in that area, but ill be off 249 and the beltway this sat. Should i watch out for him or what?

That's exactly why I don't go to GTG over in that area. I've heard about that guy and right now being a full time student, I wouldn't be able to afford a ticket for no cats.
You would think he'd be cool about things since he drives a vette, but a apparently not. I hate cops like that. Troopers suck ***

He will definatly cut you no slack.
He got me for no cats,if you have to pay that ticket it is 500.00
He got me last year for no cats D.A dismissed it because i just went ahead an put them on.
not worth the hassel for 4 rwhp that is all i gained without them.

We should give him a different name. If he reads these threads then he probably has a big headed ego knowing that we call him a knight which is considered an honor.
