Default Installing SLP grill insert?

I got a SLP grill insert,
but it's got 8 holes in it,
and I have no screws,
what kind should I use for this?

It uses push in Christmas tree style fastners. Did you buy it new from SLP? It should come with them. My grill was part of the SLP 2nd sticker content when I bought the car new.

You'll need to buy some - from a dealer. The holes in the SLP grill will not match up with the holes from the original grill. You'll have to drill new holes. At least, that's what I had to do with my 02 SS. And getting the factory grill out was a bitch. Some people insist you can just yank it out w/o doing any damage, but mine just wouldn't come out that way.

Cool,
do you think any dealer would have them?

I got some of those from autozone. Just look and see what size holes are on the grill and purchase accordingly.

Crappy pic, but they look like this

And if you work from the outside tabs, then bottom tabs (outside to inside) and top tabs (same way) the grille will pop off. Im one of the yank-mod followers, and it worked just fine for me. I dunno if you did it a different way, but thats a way thats proven to work.
