Retune with new stall?
Do you have to have the shifts re-tuned with something like a 3200 or less stall.

re-tune
I put a 3400 2.1 str fuddle in my 99 ws-6 and i didnt need a tune, the shift point were fine i want to tune my car so i can remove the TM,but i know some people that had to tune their cars after they put a stall in but i guess thats up to the mods that you have.

I have a Fuddle 3400 2.1 that did require a tune after the install. I was hitting the rev limiter at the 1-2 and 2-3 shift points. I got a mail order tune and the car runs great now.

I recently bought a 2002 WS6 with a Yank 3200 stall converter and a 216/224/LSA 115 cam (Crane) in it ... it was tuned with a Vinci hand held tuner; The car does does have problems (large loping .. RPM searching / flux) with sudden throttle influence @ or near idle and when cold). When I coast or lightly brake to a stop, the car usually finds idle just fine. However, if I jerk the throttle at or near idle (start and stop traffic scenario) .. I have to use the brake and gas to catch it so that it (the computer)won't lose control and die on me. Is there a remedy for this behavior???

any comments on the 2800 would help me decide on tc size.
