str size dependson ur preference... and on ur tracction... the higher the str the more u need traction to use it. higher STR's are better for track, lower STR's are better for street (roll racing... not running slicks...)

Higher STR is better for street driving. It helps keep the RPMs down a bit when it is engineered for the RPM range the car will be driven in.
If traction is an issue, a lower STR is usually best (for example, when racing).

^^ yea but i thought a higher STR will create more friction, which = more power loss, so for street and/or roll racing, u might lose a little, but when at the strip, u'ld more than make up for the power loss with ur ET's, traction permitting..?
