Jsut got my Mr Gasket copperseals, couple Qs. The gaskets are raised around the port holes on one side of the gasket. Do these go towards the head or the header?
With the gaskets there is this little bag of metal little ring things. They are cut in a spot and are offset a little bit. Hard to expalin, but take one little coil out of a spring and thats what its like i guess. What do i use these for?

For the gasket. You place the raised side facing away from the engine and towards the header.
The little metal ring things you speak of are lock washers. What they do is they make it so that the bolts dont back themselves out. And what you do with them is you put them on the header bolts so they go between the outside of the header flange and the head of the header bolt.
