Best MSD window switch and location
I'm getting an MSD window switch, either the pill type or the digital? Would anyone say the digital is more reliable? I'm not sure how the circutry compares between the pill type and digital. The digital looks cool and is on sale right now at Summit racing for a great price ----->
What's the best location for mounting the switch. I'd like to put it under the hood but only if the connectors are water-tight. Any corrosion could spell disaster when using the bottle. Any suggestions to seal it for underhood mounting, if necessary, or a good place inside the car. I like my glovebox and center console for storage

i have the msd digital window switch. its much easier to use because it doesn't require the pills. and i mounted it inside the glove box but it can pretty much go anywhere including the engine bay.

I recommend the msd digital. I installed mine in the console, I like it but I don't use the console to store junk etc. I had to do some cutting on the fins for holding cd's to get it to set flat.

That looks pretty good in the console. For everyone that has the digital: How important is it to be within easy reach. I guess what I'm really after is some better understanding. Don't you just set these window switches and forget them? How often do you really change the "window" up?

I really like the digital window switch. I have it in the glove box, it fits nice & doesn't take up all of the storage space.
