I need some sidewall, would like a 28", but I have DMS lowering springs in rear (about 1-1.5 inch), HAL QA1'a all the way around, all the bolt on suspension stuff....I know 26 will fit with no problem, but would like a 28.

I have ET Street Radial, 275-40-17 and they are useless below 45 mph off the bottle...I have an A4 with 4000PT converter. With 200 shot, I need a lot more hook.

I will propably use the stck 16X8 wheel and want to use either a 26X11.5X16, 28X11.5X16, OR possibly the 27" size....

Not sure on the x16"s. I wanted to get some MT DR's that were equivalent to the 28" but they wear out so quick, I just kept the stock tires for street and swap the 28" ET Drags for racing. On the right wheel spacing I would think it would be the same as my Slicks, the only issue I had was moving the lower inside corner of the inner wheel well with a BFH. Cant tell once its done, just a few hits with the right hammer and she's cleared. No issue with the bumpstop, LCA's or anything else. GL

I have run the 27" X 10.5" R16 MT ET Streets mounted on stock Firebird wheels on my car. It is lowered an inch all around. I have no problems at all. Just get ready for the sway back and forth while you are driving.

Those 275/40 R 17" MT ET Street radials are that useless? I had planned on getting some, but if they are that bad then I will just get some more BFG DR's. I have around 540 rwhp and 510 rwtq so I need whatever I can get for the street!
