B&M Shift Improver or Transpak?

B&M Shift Improver or Transpak? Which one would be the better choice? Is the added effects of the Transpak really worth it? The only thing the transpak has seems to be the downshifting etc. What do you all got?

In think the only advantage the Transpack has over the Shift Improver is the driver controlled manual shifting mode, which works when you drop it in any gear below Drive.
There are probably some other benefts, perhaps someone else knows
