What could it be On WOT, My car will rev up to like 3500, stop then continue up a little bit more then shift at 4000-4200. I didnt think much of it until my friend got a 97 Trans AM(A4).I drove it and it shifted at 6000 RPM. My car has a shift kit (most people say it feels like when shifting). A mechanic looked at my car when I first got it and said something like a reflashed convertor. He also said it looks rebuilt. Is something wrong with my tranny? Maybe a crappy rebuild or who ever had the car before me had it set up like that for some reason?
