Default Harmonic balancer wobble at idle

I was a school today and had the hood opened with the motor running showing a few of my buddies the WS6. I noticed that my harmonic balancer was shaking at idle. Once the motor hits above 800 RPM it smooths out. Is this normal?

No not normal, is the balancer sitting out farther than normal from the front main seal? Is it throwing the belt or walking off the pulley when you go WOT? Stock or aftermarket balancer? Once I install a balancer I get a paint pen and mark a line accross the bolt and on to the dampner so I can easily see if its coming loose.

Its the stock balancer and the belt isn't walking out. It lines up with the rest of the pullies just fine. Weird, I've never come across this before. usually it would throw the belt off.

Are you sure it actually wobbling or does the balancer have rust marks or stains that make it seem like it is?
