Default dremel just quit running....wahts wrong?

im using my dremel to port my throttle body right now, and tongiht after having it on for only like 3-4 minutes, it just turned of on me. i've tried several different plugins so i know it wasnt the power source. it just wont come on when i turn the dial. I took it apart and checked the brushes and they were good as new so i cant figure this out!

any suggestions?

All I could think of would be that the windings have failed, or maybe the switch overheated and failed. I assume the shaft still spins.

If it's a real Dremel, you might contact them. They've got a pretty good rep for customer service.

Mine did the same thing. Take it apart and look at the switch. Mine quit making contact with the circuit board. Just bent the tabs on the switch a little for more pressure on the contacts.
