IMO Meguiars NXT is a better product, along with several pther brands. The ICE produces a good shine.. but from what Ive seen and heard.. the protection (the part that really counts) is not there at all with the ICE. Just about all products will produce a good shine with the PROPER prep.. so protection is what you want to rely on.

ICE claims to be a polish, not a wax, but in reality it isnt... its more of a sealant, if that. A sealant that doesnt create much protection, which is kind of contradicting.

Meguiars, Mothers, or Zaino, spend your money on those... the ICE is more hype then anything IMO.

Here's my take from what everyone has posted (and no, I haven't used it yet). If you need your black car to look great for a day and don't have time to clay/polish/etc, the stuff is great. But you're only getting a few days.

For protection and long lasting shine, stick with Zaino or your preferred brand.

I love the stuff. I use it on my Black SS. You can jusrt glop it on and it even works on the trim and rubber.

I definetly give it a big thumb up.
