My super custom front mount twin turbo Intercooler pic.
Very light too.
Bell Intercooler's is going to mess it up this week and add 34lbs to it.
Can't wait to remove those baby Incon's.

You pegged it....tight,tight,tight...I've had the front fascia on/off 10 times....
12" tall IC like OBX fits great....15" tall has to be canted 50 degrees down into the nose of the fascia.

If you look just above the "intercooler", you'll see the Incon y inlet. I'm matching the IC outlets at 22" c to c to match the y so I can use a simple 90 degree coupling.

Your IC should really keep the ait's down.

When I'm finished, it will be an easy bolt in for the Incon crowd and Bell will be able to crank it out.
The thermal model says my ait temp rise will drop from 80-90 degrees (Incon twin IC's at 16psi) to 30 degrees at 16psi in a 1/4 mile run. Plus I "should" pick up ~ 1psi of boost due to less pressure drop. We'll see.

Watching this one closely.
This was one of the first mods to the kit I planned on doing.
Didn't Y2khawk end up going to a single setup as well?

lol, you went all out on that mock up, I just took some measurements, I coudln't have gone another 1/4" bigger ... it woudln't have fit.
I haven't logged a 1/4 mile but on the dyno it only had a 10 deg increase over ambient at 12 psi through the pulls.. Totally different going down the road though.
my core is 36 x 8 x 3.5
