I just went out and snuged all my driverside header bolts up some, but still the noise perseists... I think its coming from the collector...

How hard is a collector gasket?

a lot easier. 3 bolts usually, once you got them off jiggle the y-pipe off of the collector and the gasket should fall out

I thought they were a slip fit and you put high temp silicone around it and slid the y-pipe on it and tighten the bolts
