Blue T/A or Black WS6
Found a 2000 NBM T/A with only 53,000 miles for $12,500 and a 2001 Black WS6 with 63,000 miles for $17,000. Both 6-speed. Having a little issue deciing because after an accident I had, I really wanted a 2000-2002 NBM WS6 to repalce my last one. The 2000 has been really taken care of and is NBM, the black one is a WS6 and has the LS6 intake and a strout tower brace. Wich one you recommend?

12.5 for the NBM? Looks like it's going for 13.9. I also noticed that the NBM TA has t-tops! I'd swing with the NBM TA. I wouldn't let the STB and the LS6 intake sway my decision when it comes to the difference of about $3k, another 10k miles on the clock, and especially T-TOPS!
I can see why you're stuck on this one though. Good luck with your decision.

$4,500 difference, you have plenty of money left over for a WS6 hood, wheels, and some bolt ons. Not to mention 10K miles less. I originally wanted a NBM WS6 as well but found a great deal on a black WS6 so I took it. I don't regret it however I found out first hand that black is the biggest pain in the *** to keep clean

you know, i wanted a WS6 myself, but then i looked at the big picture and it was stupid. what's the difference between a WS6 and a trans am/formula?
hood, ram air and gears (if it's an auto like mine)
-the ram air will be replaced anyway by a FTRA and lid.
-3.23's aren't much faster than 2.73's so you wind up upgrading anyway if you want speed or saving the 2.73's like i am because they get me 22mpg! you actually lose with 3.23's because you get less mpg and they're not fast.
you're basically spending 4k more on average for a car with more miles just for a hood. you can get a hood brand new, painted and put on for a tad over a grand. woooo big deal.
that's why i bought a formula. so what if it doesn't have the hood and it has 2.73's? i got it for 14,500, it had chrome Z06 rims, brand new tires, less than 25,000 miles, and an SLP lid and dual/dual exhaust. it sounds badass, it's faster than 85% of the cars on the road and looks GREAT. don't make the mistake of spending thousands extra on a WS6 when down the line you'll be replacing all the extras that warrant that price ANYWAY because they STILL suck. DO NOT PAY $5,000 MORE FOR A HOOD AND MORE MILES!
i'm so glad i resisted the lure of the WS6

Blue T.A. It's got 11,000 less miles, it's $3,100 cheaper and IMO it's a better looking color. With the $3,000 you saved you could buy a hood and better rims/tires. Then you could put the extra money saved towards go-fast mods
