I used the GM cleaner on my 94 Z and it seemed to work well. Your car will smoke like crazy while you're using it, but the fun part is afterwards when you go "blow it out". <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I didn't change my plugs afterwards, but I did change the oil the next day (I was due). That motor had high miles at the time, so I think it helped it.

Some people say to change the plugs, others say you don't need to.
Personally I ran the top end cleaner last spring and didn't change the plugs until my H/C went on and had no problems with over 5,000 miles after running the cleaner.

Its fun stuff.... Just pull over in the most crowded neighborhood you can find, use the cleaner, then drive around for awhile. Everyone will love you, if they can see you! I used Seafoam Cleaner from O'Reilys, same stuff.
