anybody who lives west of the beltway is certainly closer to Lonestar than to HRP. most racers are sceptics (like me) and dont beleive rumors about race tracks until they see something happen. so i havent made any big deal about this til now. since we will have bulldozers, dump trucks, etc. out on the track property next week - you should see some action out there if you drive by or come to a friday nite event. at some point we would like to host an LS1/LS2 event at Lonestar. ive been saying that i am going to sign lonestar up as a site sponsor. now i guess is a good time to do it. hope to see yall out at the track sometime soon.

I'll def have to have a reason to come out there being that with no traffic it is a hour and a half from mine and powell's. But if Powell brings his **** box out im down.

I'll have to make a trip out there.

Still no good track "close" to me. SAR is damn near 80 miles and this one is 101 according to your website. And that might be 101 miles to the closest edge of Austin... I'm on the NW side. X2

However, for variety's sake and to see some of the H-town cars, I'll try to make the journey a few times.

The bulldozers and dump trucks are now on the property. Depending on the weather and rain we get this month, the 1/4 mile extension, track improvements and return road resurfacing should be completed by the end of June.
