Default Removing Alternator

I've got the 2 15mm bolts out...and the one 13mm bolt off the alternator....the belt is off also....am i missing something on removing this thing? I need to replace it.....so any quick hits would be great....any help at all would be very appriciative....thanks in ahead...

Take the pully above the alternator off to loosen the alternator bracket. Just loosen the braket, don't take it off. By loosening the bracket, the alternator is easier to take out and put back in. Undo the ground wire and be very gentle with the top wire when removing the alternator. I would wiggle the alternator a little to get it in position to pull that one wire terminal off.

There are 3 15mm bolts for the alternator bracket as well as a 13mm bolt on the back top side of the alternator. Also take off the idler pulley with a 15mm socket. Be careful taking the connector on top of the alternator off, its easy to rip the wire out.

they said the regulator is bad.....any advise on a new one...brand names or anything.

get a new ac delco one; don't buy the crap they sell at autozone or such.

How much would the Delphi one cost me? I can get the Delphi (stock one) at O'Riley's right?
