krayzie7th...Need more info. What bolt ons do you have? M6 or A4? How much power do you want to make? Doing it right requires a lot of supporting mods for a cam.

laxmad16, Uhh 315-900lbs of tourqe would require a pretty unstreetable setup and from a cam only car it's not even likely. Perhaps it was a typo? You are going to need a set of headers for a cam just for starters.

For a daily driver this cam should make good power but still be liveable on the street
Will also make good power when upgradeing to ported heads

I ran a 222/228 .544/.538 112 dur in mine up till about a month ago

Take a look at the LT4 Hotcam Kit. It's a little on the older side technology wise but it will make over 300rwhp and comes with everything you'll need. Real good bang for the buck and popular amongst LT1 guys.

The LT4 Hotcam kit comes w/cam, rockers, springs, for $530

CCA-07-466-8 $245
Comp Pro-Mag 1.6 Rockers $325
918 Spring $180

Yes what I suggest is more $$$ but it is also better components.
Always remeber you get what you pay for.

the XFI grinds are specificlly designed for fuel injected cars....you should see 20-30hp gain over the hot cam.

The cam price is about the same.
The Pro-mags are one of the best 1.6 rockers on the market...there are some you can buy for approx $170.
The 918 springs are Comps new Beehive spring...they will hold up to the larger lift numbers.

The rockers in the hotcam kit are GMPP..not designed for heavy duty applications IMHO..also the springs will not support much more lift if you ever decide to go bigger.
Which you will if you go with the hotcam.

I just took out my 222/228 .544/.538 112 because it was not enough cam for my goal.
I am now running 246/254 .613/.590 112
