Default problems after MAC install

Put my MAC's with offroad pipe on yesterday, the car ran fine under normal throttle, but when I floor it, it feels like it stutters a little. On one of my WOT runs afterwards the SES light flashed on and off for about 10 seconds, then stayed off. Then on my way home while driving normally, the SES light came on and stayed on. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> What happened? I know I have a header leak because we lost one of the bolts during the install so I dont have the back bolt on the drivers side in. Also, one of the AIR tube bolts on the driver side broke off while we were putting it in, but thats sealed just fine. I didnt change my spark plugs either, do you think it could just be a misfire code between the header leak and the stock 40,000 mile plugs? I'll put in TR55's later this week and get a header bolt to see if this fixes the problem. If it doesnt then I dont know what the problem could be...

Im not sure what your problem is but i woulda done a good break-in. Do some heat cycles, re-torq everything, then after mid say 3 cycles, your ok to run flat.

Why not fix the leak first then worry about it....

Air in the system (before the first 02 sensor) can really screw stuff up...
