I'm having issues with my direct TV set up and I too have to do all the troubleshooting. I was thinking about switching to dish myself.

I just recently had the same problem. I did all the troubleshooting, also. Assuming everything else was working properly, when it stopped switching from 119 to 110, the problem is in your receiver.

I had two receivers, so I could verify that the problem was in the receiver, not the wiring, LNB, or dish. If you have the dish protection plan, they will send you out a new receiver, otherwise, you would have to pay for it, I think.

She's telling me to tell you to run a check switch test, if nothing comes of that, check you satt. adjustment, as long as all of that is set and correct, then you might have an issue with your receiver as stated above......

--DVR???What rerceiver/s are you running??

* to anyone thinking about switching to Dish or getting Satt for the first time, Pm me and I can get some cards sent to you that will give you a nice hook up for new accounts...........
