Ran a 240zx

Ran a 240zx we were at oposing lights, both with a car infront! our lights go 1st and the car infront just sits there untill their lights go, then decides to turn right then the sx follows with us behind (my g/f driving) the road is a series of bends with one long straight, as we aproach the straight the sx overtakes wiv us behind and immediately nails it! we follow and start pullin on him in the right lane then hav to go in behind beause of an oncoming car & stay 2cars behind.
This thing was faster than i thought white wiv huge loud fart can, not riced out! anyhow he's just weaving thru bends not pullin on us, still 2 cars then eventually turns off & gives the hazards (thats rice).
Think we could of had him in a heads up race, well bout 70% sure, hard to tell wiv all the bends, but if we'd been in front to start we would have definitly pulled on him just don't know how much.
sorry so long don't get many races, even tho this was more cat & mouse

I owned an S13 240SX for 3 years and there is NO COMPARISON to our LS1s! 240s with the KA engines are quick for a n/a 4 cylinder, but compared to the LS1, its absolutely SLOW. I'm very suprised that he was able to keep up with you at all, he must have had an engine swap, either a upgraded and modded SR20DET or an RB26DETT or he had a HUGE turbo on the KA24. You would have definitely had him if you both went from dead even I'm sure.
