i just wish it wasn't so damn expensive to have the minitubs done. the kit i can handle, but i don't trust myself to do it, and its like $1500 labor to have others around here do it. the one pictured above looks GREAT, very nice setup.

thanks... yeah theres a bit of labor involved.. we box the frame back up and even weld all the layers of the floor together before even installing the tubs, then the tubs get welded to the floor, frame, and outer tub... then after that all the seams will get run over with some seam sealer

soon I/we will start work on my cage(25.5)..

That car is now in IL The car changed hands a few times since Bob had it, was pretty much beat to hell and not taken care of by the Eastside boys, and now its back to looking like it should Nothing a little paint and time couldnt take care of

BTW, those Pro-Stars have now been replaced with a set of 1 piece Weld Magnum 2.0's in the front, and with the 2 piece ones in the rear.

The Formula goes together well with its twin

Bob,

Do you remember if a 29x10.5W will fit under the Formula? If I remember correctly it will, but just thought I would ask the builder

I believe he fittted the car with a set of 29 X 13.5 quick time pro's..
https://www.hoosiertire.com/Drtire.htm

so the W tire you mentioned would probably fit...
