Default T&D shaft mount

I'm doing a H/C as soon as all the parts are here, and will be using the Trickflow 215s. I've got a chance to trade some stuff for NIB T&D shaft mounted 1.8 system. Is this even doable, and is there any real benefit? Will the 1.8 ratio work with the 13.5 deg. valve angle, and how will this affect lift and duration on the 228/232-600/600 @112 cam? Mostly, is it worth the effort, even assuming I get these virtually free? Thanks.
