i lost my sheet.. for those of you who have your install sheet still, can someone tell me what the torque setting are for the new valley cover bolts, the bolts that hold the manifold together and then the settings for the actual long intake mounting bolts.

I just went as tight as I could with a 1/4 ratchet. Never had a problem. If I had to guess 14-20 ft. lbs.

Don't get it too tight though because it will crack.

I threw away my instructions, but I remember the 10 manifold bolts were supposed to be torqued to 50 in/lbs, which seemed rediculous to me, so I just got them snug with a 1/4" ratchet and no problems.

right out of the fast manifold destruction sheets
valley cover button heads 18 ft/lbs yes ft.
coolant crossover 106 in/lbs
fuel rail 89 in/lbs
throttle body cable bracket 89 in/lbs
manifold to head bolts 2 passes 30 then 50 in/lbs
manifold to manifold nuts and bolts 50 in/lbs

I know this is an old thread, but I'm going to correct it because some of this is wrong. Just trying to help out people who will search for this later on.

Manifold to head bolts are 2 passes, first pass at 45in/lbs and second pass at 89in/lbs.

Throttle body to manifold is 50in/lbs.

thats for a stock 1 piece.

FAST 50-60 has been fine.
