Default picked up new T/A to go with firehawk...

hey all, just figured i'd post 2 pics of my new car.....2 days ago I picked this up, '99 Trans Am, 6 speed, t-tops, all the goodies, very fun car...now i've got to decide whether i should sell my firehawk, but anyways, here's my only 2 pics for now, and what do you all think i should do to it appearance-wise? all opinions welcome...except lowering, that'll be done next year when i have more money to spend

and this is my '93 hawk, with 22k miles on it...make me a good offer and its yours!

thanks for lookin, all comments appreciated

I honestly would've supercharged the Firehawk. That's a very special car that you'll kick yourself for selling. I wish you could remember my words 20 years from now. If I didn't have two f-bodies already I'd snap up that cherry red 'Hawk.

Nice T/A though, I vote for a top shelf set of exhaust tips and a nice cam.

Thanks 'hawk 608.....I'm still undecided on whether or not i should sell the firehawk, I have it sitting at my dad's house right now, and i think I'm going to end up keeping it there in storage, and bringing it out for some shows and stuff. The only reason i wanted a different one, is because I really wanted a 6 speed and t-tops, otherwise I wouldnt have even thought about getting a different one.

And about your comments, I'm not too interested in modding the engine for now, as I'd rather pay off the car first. And for the exhaust, it already has Magnaflow, and tips look great on it (wish i would've taken pics, was in too much of a hurry), and the sound is really mean.

Good looking Birds. I'd keep the Firehawk stock and mod the Trans Am. But if you think you don't have the time and resources for both, you may have to make a hard choice. Since it's only been 2 days, let the feeling of having two kick *** cars sink in a little. Then comes selling or modding or whatever it is you want to do.

Keep the Hawk, drive and have fun with the T/A, when you get tired of the T/A sell it. Then in about 20 years your still on top with that nice FireHawk.

Keep em both. You will regret it if you get rid of the Hawk.I have a 2000 Firehawk and a 98 Sport gold T/A.T/A for everyday fun and the Hawk for car shows and nice weather cruising.

Very nice. I just picked up a 00 T/A as a daily driver and I have to say that its fun having a Bird as a DD, but its still nice to get into the Hawk once a month or so and go for a cruise. People in the know really appreciate the Hawk more too. I say keep both and enjoy. Now you just need an old one to round out the mix.

Keep the 93 Hawk. That's the best year for the LT1's.

Hawk! That's really gonna be worth something with very low mileage.

thanks for all the good comments guys, i've come to a definite decision to keep the hawk in storage, and take it out for area car shows and just to drive it once every couple weeks to keep it runnin good....

99FormulaM6...why do you think i should get different rims? i've actually grown pretty fond of these, they're the new American Racing rims that i believe just came out recently....i've gotten lots of compliments on them already

Looks good. I would keep both. You can never have enough fun toys in your driveway.
