Default engine oil in the filter (turbo car)

My K&N sits below the turbo. I pulled it off to clean it and it had engine oil dripping out of it. what do you guys think is going on?

is there a PCV line that goes into that section? If i remember you have a tti street kit.

Check for oil sitting in the turbo when you shut off the engine, could be leaking out through the shaft.

maybe need to add a valve or oil separator in that line between the valvecover and the air filter pipe.
