stock ls1 head gains on lq4 with ms3?

stock ls1 head gains on lq4 with ms3? my dad has a h/c 00 firehawk, and just has his old heads sitting around, would i see any gains with mods in sig, to send out his old heads and have them p/p and all the works ect. ect.?

hey, long time, no see, sorry havent been posting too much, not much going on, got headers, and motor mounts, so we are all good and awaiting to pull out the old motor now! anyways, dont think it would be worth it with those heads?
