4L60 Accumulator question During my fluid and filter change I am going to perform this weekend I would like to remove the (1) washer I have in the accumulator piston of my 2004 Silverado with the mods in my signature. My question is, is there a risk of damaging the gasket during the cover removal? If so, is there anything besides care that I can do to prevent it from happening? I would like to remove the washer to lessen the shift firmness since the truck is my daily driver and I am just a bit tired of the firmness. I have 100% torque manegement REMOVED from my computer and all of the mods in my sig. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
