4" callies Race master Crank
6.125 Callies compstar rods

C5R Heads water passages re-opening and decking(were previously welded shut for intended high doses of nitrous). C5R Heads Dowl locations reworking. Heads installed by HK Enterprises and valve train geometry identified for .060"ish sweep with .754/.760 lift cam. Valve train disassembled and provided to me for install and lash setting (.006 cold, need to verrify expected .016 hot when fire the car next time).
About 11.5 to 1

Used stuff second hand originating from East Side with most of it only seeing some short dyno time:
C5R Heads with 2.18/1.62 Delwest Titanium Valves. 38cc chambers. Flow about 370 at .600 and 295 at .400 and have an approximate 3" CSA, all intake ofcourse.
Sb2.2 Intake completely cut up and rewelded for c5-r heads with base adapter plate to match bolting flange.
1550 Accel Throttle body
1.95 Ratio Jesel Rockers
C5r valve covers with spring oilers
Vacuum lines plugged off, breathers installed by me.
276/280 cam which is for sale if anyone interested.
Jesel Ford lifters which are for sale if anyone interested ($2300 new)
Fuel Rails

Other from thunder, jegs, summit, nasty performance, billingsly, etc.:
Nasty Fuel Setup with weldon 600A pump
Braided Lines and Aero fittings for valve spring oilers
Evans Coolent with evans pump
ATI Harmonic balancer
TH400 with break from transking
Fuddle 4000 stall (one right below the race verter)
Madman tranny cooler kit
Pro Ratchet Shifter
Spohn Drive shaft with billet slip yoke
30x13.5x15 Mickey ET Street Radials (315/60s)
SA strange drag shocks in front with 300lbs springs
Billingsly Sway Bar, Spohn adjustable rod end lcas, Byunspeed Panhard
Modified slp sub frames welded on, 10 point by Performance automotive
60 lbs mototron injectors
stock pcm tuning by me
4.56 gear'd moser 12 bolt with 33 spline axles, gears set up by me
stock springs and shocks in rear (for now)
random tech torque arm in bmr th400 member with adjustable ta mount
Erik K/DAPSUPRSLO 254/260 110lsa 106icl comp xe street solid roller
lokar throttle cable

And lots of things i'm sure i've forgotten. It's now been over a year since i've started down this path and finally settled on this combination.

Thoughts and goals:

This thing is kind of a science project so to speak. It is intended for limited street use with a close eye inteded for the valve train. The valve train acceleration should be very very fast with those rockers and the lobes i've picked, but after getting Erik to confirm from inside sources and getting Erik's thoughts I feel confident the springs and valve train should hold up to some abuse and the intended 7500 rpm shift point, especially with the spring oilers.

Guessing the torque peak will be around 5500 and am also interested to see how this will affect the performance with the th400 as my rpms drops should be around 4500 from 1st to second and 5100ish from second to third.

Looking for high to mid 9s in a 3300lbs raceweight car and around 550rwhp n/a on pump gas. Then i'll hit it with no more then a 200 shot and TRY to dip in the 8s. I'm sure i've got along road ahead but it will be a unique and interesting one!!!

Thanks for answering all the stupid questions i've asked of different members here, ha. This can be a very helpful site.

P.S. Motor fired last weekend but neighboors did not appreciate the sound with the 3.5" mafnaflows on so had to trailer away before posting up video. Hanging exhaust permanently this weekend though so will have the vid soon.

Sweet, that is definately stepping away from your average setup.
Your ride should be featured in some Mag.

I'm at a crossroad tomorrow. Meeting at race club to see if they will allow transbreak in "Street" division. My argument is that if manual guys can clutch dump at 5K+, why can't we auto guys use a T-brake.

Keep us posted Dap.

I'd love to get in a mag, but for now I just can't wait to have the car up and running again. I'm hoping to make a large departure from my 11.60 six speed cam only daily driver setup I had previously, ha!

I hate to be a jerk, but wouldn't you be looking at a lot more than 550RWHP? It is a solid roller C5R motor. Those heads and intake are awesome, why is it only making 550RWHP?

P.S.- There is nothing I want more than a solid roller C5R motor under my hood.

I agree, I think you'll be looking more at 650+rwhp esp with the 7500rpm shift.

seems like the SCR is way too low for that much cam. What is your DCR sitting at with that combo?

Actually my dynamic compression is around 8.8 or so, but that's assuming my cam really only takes 19 degress to get from .015 to .050 which deflection will slow down a little. Pushrods are a .125 wall 3/8s rod so hopefully it will stop a good portion of deflection but i'm sure they will deflect some. would've used 7/16 rods but couldn't fit them in the pushrod holes in the head. When the heads come off though they will go to the machine shop for enlargement of the whole for sure so I can use the bigger pushrods but until then I think i'll be just fine.

Me and Beast are right on the same page! I'm going to loose quite a bit through my th400 and 4000 stall; however, could care less when the car rolls out like a bat out of hell. I had a few experiences which is a few too many for me getting beat out of the hole by autos when I had a stick so hence the choice. That and I don't like the idea of having to have pro gears which I can't even ride around on the street with in my 12 bolt. I'm being a little conservative on the dyno estimate or atleast hopefully I am. I'd like to see around 585 or so through this drivedrain but only time will tell what actually comes to fruition

Thanks for the compliments guys!
