After search, I'm still lost on the 315's fit
I have read through the threads and searched and I am still confused to hell. I am wanting to get TT 2's with the 17x11"s on the back. I am wanting the 315 tires but I am worried about them fitting good. I have an 02 WS6 and do not plan on lowering it. Will I be ok with them going right on or will I need the BFH mod i've read about? My other question is on the look of them. I have seen numerous pics and they look great from the side and at an angle, but from the back end does the tire stick out on top past the wheel well or is the wheel still sitting inside?? I know it will stick out on down b/c of how the bumper is curved. If you have this setup or have seen it, does it look pretty good or does it stick out too much? Sorry about the thread but I guess I just need this spelled out for me b/c i'm more confused now than when i started. Thanks for any help guys!
Also, if i would do 18's on the back and 17's on the front, would that screw up the ABS system or anything??

315's differ in size according to brand, for instance, a sumitomo 315 is narrower than a BFG 315, but unless your running BFG GS-D3's, you should not have any issues fitting 315's if your not lowered, its lowering your car that brings out all the fitment issues.
tt2's look great on t/a's, that is why they are so popular, as the saying goes "everybody and there mom has tt2's"... if they stuck out too far, or looked out of place, there wouldnt be so many people with them. and every car ive seen with them look fine, the rear tires are flush with the top, or apex of the fender, and as you mentioned, the start to stick out as the bumper curves in from a rear angle.
going with 17/18 combo should not trigger any ABS problems, alot of people use that combo with wheels like zo6's. one problem i see with running 17's and 18's with tt2's is the dimensions, a 17x9.5 tt2 looks quite a bit different than a 18x10(max size) tt2, the spokes are more stretched out, and flatter, and the 17x9.5 might even have a bigger "lip", due to the smaller diameter. not sure if its the case, but if it was, that would look odd, you might be better off going the usual 17x9.5/11 route.
