Default Poly Mount Vibration

Since I have put in the Poly mounts (motor, tranny) the car shakes quite a bit until I shift into overdrive. Is this normal?

Yes a little vibration is normal and it's probably caused by the trans mount. I noticed some when I installed mine (already had motor mounts), but forgot about it after a week or so.

Did you install the preload plate with the trans mount? If you did remove it and sand the bumps down. If you already did this you kinda have to put some miles on it to not notice it as bad. Mine still vibrate a little but nothing that is to bad.

It is normal for the poly mounts to make you're car vibrate pretty hard for about 1,000-2,000 miles after they are installed. After they break in they will soften up enough that they extra vibration's they cause is minimal.
