Default Groove in the head from bent pushrod

missed teh 3-4 shift and hit 2nd. I pulled all the pushrods, a couple are bent. One rod left a groove in the head similar to this pic. groove in the head
Will I be ok just replacing the pushrods or would it be best to pull the heads?

As long as it hasn't cut a groove in such a way that it rubs against the PR, then you should be fine. As for what else may have happened to cause the bent PR (valve could be bent), I can't say.
