Groove in the head from bent pushrod

Groove in the head from bent pushrod missed teh 3-4 shift and hit 2nd. I pulled all the pushrods, a couple are bent. One rod left a groove in the head similar to this pic. groove in the head
Will I be ok just replacing the pushrods or would it be best to pull the heads?
