Default 4l60E Bellhousing Questions

I am doing LSX swap into a street rod and have a couple questions. I am building a 6.0L and using a 4l60E trans. I got a real good deal on a 4l60e and have an issue with the bellhousing. The trans came out of an S-10 but as you guess the bellhousing is wrong (it is too small). I assume that all I have to do is get a replacement bellhousing (but I need a part #), is there anything else needed? if so what are these part #'s.

I have done some research and it's my understanding that all the 4l60e are the same with the exception to bellhousing and talehousing.

Find a transmission hardparts supplier and tell them what you're doing. They have all the interchange information, plus they should have all the parts in stock. Good used of course but for a non wearing item like a bellhousing they're most likely good as new.

You will need to change the :
bellhousing, input shaft, clutch housing as the number of clutches is less in yours, the stator support as the LS-1 style is longer, as to go with the longer input shaft
and the pressure control sol.
I have theLS-1 belhousings in stock if you need one.
