Default Valve Relief Pistons

Ive got Mahle Forged 4cc valve relief pistons with the mods in my sig. My question is are these pistons gonna hurt my power compared to regular flat top pistons???

Yes, you'll loose compression. To get back to original flat top CR you'd need to mill 4 cc or .020".
IMO now is a good time to optimize your SCR/DCR and mill accordingly.

Hey i apreciate that predator, Any idea how much it would cost to get the heads milled .020" and how long that would take a machine shop to do? Would my PTV clearance be good with that much Mill and the cometic .040 gaskets?

Yes PTV will not be a problem. milling ranges from $60 to $100 (depends on the shop) It will be a flat mill. A shop can do that in 1 day.
