Default Throttle Body Question....

All of the places that offer TB porting usually have you send them your stock TB, and then they port it and then send it back.

Does anybody know of a place that will send you a ported TB with a core charge until you send your old one back?

www.Oh-No-You-Didn't.net
by far the best TB out there, i just ordered mine last week. only thing is there is a little wait time for his but IMO its worth it. also www.neweraperformanceparts.com also uses the core charge and they are a little cheaper. but remember you get what you pay for!

Alot of "the best" is personal preference. I say all the top TB porters are pretty much equal to each other, just go with one of your liking.

I was in the same situation. I called new era, they told me they did not do cores, they have to port yours.

I got one from thunder racing, I'd check them out as well.

You can run the stock intake. I would just look up the FAQ and port your own. It is good experience. By the way.... What is the deal with the Shaner crap lately?

i don't know much about the S1, but the guy who makes them claims the S3 is more for the street while the S2 is more for the track. the guy who does them does very good work an i hear nothing but good things about his TB's
