Angel Eye Problem?

Angel Eye Problem? I just installed some angel eyes on my 00' TA and they both light up but only the driver side halo ring will light up now. When I first wired them, both the rings lit up, then i fliped the switch off and turned it back on, now only the driver side ring is lit up. Now i cant get the passenger ring to light back up. Any suggestions on what could be the problem would be appriciated, thanks

I wired the halo's to the switch that came with the lights and i wired the fog lights themselves, to the stock wiring from the old fog lights. I just dont understand how when i first turned them on they both worked fine, then i turned them off and back on and now the passenger side halo dosnt work.
