Default Standard bellhousing pattern onto an LS1??

Just wondering if there is any repercussions from bolting up a TH400 to my LS1 with a different bolt pattern?? The trans I am looking at has a slightly different bolt pattern than what is on the back of my LS1, So I think that the top bolt and the top passenger side bolt won't line up. This leaves 5 bolts to hold the transmission on. Is this going to be ok, or am I right in thinking that this is probably not a good idea, especially seeing as I plan on running a procharged setup at around the 800RWHP mark?

Any input here would be appreciated. Maybe a few of you have done this and it's ok, or any bad experiences are welcome as well. I just don't want to buy this unit if it's not going to get the job done.

Thanks,
Jim
