Uhhhh. That is ****** awesome. They say that if we could use 100% of our brians we could repeat everything we ever heard in our life. Recap every step we took, say everyones name we ever met in the order we met them. I really dont know if the ability to draw woudl come with that as that is onteh creative side but i woudl assume it would.
This guy appears to be able to use a different 10% then most of us can. Amazing

IIRC,its not that we dont use 100% of our brain,its that we dont use 100% all the time,certain things are dedicated to certain tasks.Just like a car the parts make the whole.

Wait a minute, if you look real close at his drawing, you can see that one of the windows was a touch crooked...Yep, I checked the real window in the third house on the left, fourth row down, isn't as crooked.
