Virgin '02 Z-28
After having my '96 Camaro totalled a couple weeks ago and looking high and low for a replacement I happened to find a 2002 M6 Z-28 w/ 47k at Carmax in San Antonio (car is in sig pic). After inspecting this car top to bottom I found out it hasn't been touched in anyway, even the windows are tint-free. So, basically I have a virgin Z-28 with 0% mods and I am wondering...how long can I wait before I bust its cherry?
Oh man, what a perdicament I'm in...
I am betting 6 months and the first real mod will be on it.

The market for these rides in Houston is HOT as I've found out. You'll find either really high priced trailer queens or ragged out high mileage cars. I had to go all the way to San Antonio to find this one. I paid 16k for it. I'd have paid another 2k had it been marked that high only because it had everything that I was looking for. Nothing in Houston came even close.

HOly crap, I live in Arkansas and I found my TA in Ohio. 99 m6 with 13,200k on it and paid 14,400! it's a virgin, and an old man owned it. Up north, for some reason, F-bodies are cheap.

Yeah, pretty much. Like I said either high mileage cars (which is ok for the most part, it seems these 4Gen's hold up really well) or tiara'd trailer queens. I just wanted something with relatively low miles and unmolested. NOTHING on this car has been touched, I couldn't believe it.

I want stock or lid/exhaust only, M6, 2001+ and under 70K miles in good shape. Other than that, color/interior/ect. dont matter much to me. I will be ready to buy probably in around 3-6 months. i also dont plan on spending anywhere near 16K, for the record.

You can go to Carmax on the web and request what kinda of car you want and they will e-mail you, with cars. It took me several months for me to find mine. But finally I found the one I wanted.
