LGmotorsports - rents them
TEA - rents them
Or just go to the manufacturer's site and order it. It's made by Isky.

Im thinking I will on ly have to notch the intake side, but what how does that tool work? I thought I had to use an old head with the valve seats removed?

It works best with an old head, but you can use the one that is on the car after you remove it. I think that most shops use an old head though. you can probably get an 805 set of castings for peanuts.
